DESCRIPTION:*This event is for people who already have experience in Shamanic Journeying. If you need training in Shamanic Journeying\, please contact Sharon Wittmann at harmonichealingdfw@gmail.com to arrange for a private class in this technique.**  Harmonic Hearts Journey Circle is a shamanic community that meets monthly to work on clearing our own vessels and to send out positive heart felt energy to the world. At our gatherings we will be taking 2 shamanic journeys. Before we embark on our journeys\, we will begin with a Heart Chakra breathing meditation. This exercise will bring our heart\, mind\, and body into coherence and bathe us in positive Heart Chakra energy. Then we will be ready for our journeys. The first journey will be for our own personal growth\, clearing our own vessels. This will be a traditional journey accompanied by the Native American drum. The second journey will be a group journey to send out heart felt positive energy to the world accompanied by gongs\, crystal bowls\, Tibetan bowls\, or other sound healing instruments. A Love Offering is accepted that will be donated to Sacred Living (www.sacredlivingdallas.org)\, a non-profit providing Mindfulness and Social and Emotional Intelligence Skill sets in East Dallas schools.
