SUMMARY:Advanced Tuning Fork Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Prerequisite: Tuning Forks for Self Care \nIn this class we will learn how to use the Gaia Body Tuner tuning forks to help decalcify the pineal gland and activate the 3rd Eye Chakra. Then we will use the Sacred Ratio high frequency tuning forks to clear and balance our Chakras and other aspects of our Energy Field. The cost of the class includes a Sacred Ratio fork set for you to take home. You should already have the Gaia Body Tuners from the “Tuning Forks for Self Care” class. Space is limited to 8 people. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and meditation cushion to sit on (I have a limited number available to share). Tickets must be purchased in advance.

DESCRIPTION:The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year. It is a good time to explore how we want to shine our Light in this world\, releasing fear and limitations and embracing the power that is within. In a burning bowl ceremony we will be writing down what no longer serves us on flash paper and then release these energies into the fire. Then we will set our intentions for bringing in those energies that support our new goals and aspirations. A sound bath with gongs\, crystal bowls\, Tibetan bowls\, and other sound healing instruments will continue our journey to embody our new state of being. The event begins at 7:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited to 9 people. Please bring your own yoga mat\, blanket\, and pillow. Register online to secure your spot. $33

SUMMARY:Acu-Sonic Detox 6/24/23
DESCRIPTION:Acu-Sonic Detox combines the modalities of acupuncture and sound healing. Dorine Fernandez\, Licensed Acupuncturist\, will be using the N.A.D.A. protocol (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) protocol (lung\, liver\, shen men\, parasympathetic/sympathetic point and kidney points) to help detox the body\, help reduce cravings and addictions\, help reduce stress\, and promote relaxation. Sharon Wittmann\, Sound Healer\, will be using Acutonics® tuning forks over the acupuncture needles to add an extra layer of sound healing. She will also provide a sound meditation using crystal bowls\, Tibetan bowls\, and gongs while the acupuncture needles are in place. And finally\, tuning forks will be used at the end to ground you.\n \nPlease bring a blanket and water bottle. Space is limited to 8 people. Tickets must be purchased in advance. $60 (non-refundable) \n\n\n\nDorine Fernandez is a licensed acupuncturist\, receiving an advanced acupuncture degree in Harbin China. She also has a Master’s in Counseling and uses sound\, frequency\, and energy with her clients.\n\n\n \n\n\nSharon Wittmann is a certified Holographic Sound Healing Practitioner and Instructor\, Gong Master\, Reiki Master\, and certified Spiritual Healer.

In this class we will explore situations where we lose our power to others. Then we will learn a Shamanic Journey practice where we reclaim and re-integrate that power back into ourselves. Finally\, we will seal in that reclaimed power in a sound meditation and empower ourselves as we move forward. Experience with shamanic journeying helpful\, but not required.
