In this 2 1/2 hour class we will discuss: what is Shamanism, the importance of grounding and shielding, and meeting your Power Animals/Spirit Guides. You will then learn and experience how to journey as you are guided by the traditional Native American drum in a series of 3 different journeys. Space is limited to 15 people. You may bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort, or I have mats and blankets you can use. Bring a journal, water bottle. Cost: donations accepted. RSVP required. The class begins at 2:00. Doors open at 1:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect. From 89A go to the light and turn on Zalesky Rd into the RV park. Then turn left and go to the end of the gravel road to the ECO Community Center.
