SUMMARY:Tuning Forks for Self Care 7/11/21
DESCRIPTION:How can sound healing help the body heal as well as support the body in maintaining good health? This workshop is an introduction into using the sound healing modality of tuning forks for self care and wellness. We will be using the Gaia Frequency Body Tuner forks created by Jonathan Goldman. You will learn points on the body to place the tuning forks to help heal issues such as headache\, muscle aches\, insomnia\, and digestive issues. Points for grounding\, increased energy\, and support for the immune system will also be covered. Price for the class includes the tuning forks. Space is limited to 8 people to allow for social distancing. Face masks required. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

SUMMARY:Acu-Sonic Detox 7/23/21
DESCRIPTION:Acu-Sonic Detox combines the modalities of acupuncture and sound healing. Dorine Fernandez\, Licensed Acupuncturist\, will be using the N.A.D.A. protocol (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association). The N.A.D.A protocol  (lung\, liver\, shen men\, parasympathetic/sympathetic point and kidney) can assist to detox the body\, help reduce cravings and addictions\, help reduce stress\, and promote relaxation. Sharon Wittmann\, Sound Healer\, will be using Acutonics® tuning forks over the acupuncture needles to add an extra layer of sound healing. She will also provide a sound meditation using crystal bowls\, Tibetan bowls\, and gongs while the acupuncture needles are in place. And finally\, tuning forks will be used at the end to ground you.\n \nPlease bring a blanket and water bottle. All participants must wear a mask. All participants must affirm that they are in good health and have not been sick within the past 2 weeks. Space is limited to 7 people to allow for social distancing. Tickets must be purchased in advance. $60 (non-refundable) \n\n\n\nDorine Fernandez is a licensed acupuncturist\, receiving an advanced acupuncture degree in Harbin China. She also has a Master’s in Counseling and uses sound\, frequency\, and energy with her clients.\n\n\n \n\n\nSharon Wittmann is a certified Holographic Sound Healing Practitioner and Instructor\, Gong Master\, Reiki Master\, and certified Spiritual Healer.
