Dagaz invites us to awaken\, transform\, and shine allowing ourselves to intentionally receive and become. \nAlison and Sharon create a uniquely focused\, physically and energetically safe container for a live\, collective\, vibrational\, and intentional sound experience for each Sound Journey. You are welcome to bring a folding chair if needed \nWHAT TO EXPECT \nWhen you arrive you will check-in\, remove your shoes and locate your space in the room. Everyone is encouraged to get settled into their space being mindful of others. Turn-off or silence your cellphone/watches. Then you may relax\, meditate or engage in quiet conversation. \nAlison will lead the Opening & Introductions. She will set the tone and prepare everyone for the collective journey. SUMMARY:Senior Sound Bath 7/15/26
DESCRIPTION:For seniors (60+). There is no cost to join\, but a donation is accepted. Space is limited\, so RSVP is required. The sound bath will include gongs\, crystal bowls\, Tibetan bowls\, and other sound healing instruments. A short guided meditation starts you on your journey and then the sounds and vibrations of the gongs and bowls lead you on your way to a relaxed state of wellbeing. You may bring your own yoga mat\, blanket\, and any other items for your comfort\, or I have mats and blankets you can use. The sound bath begins at 2:00. Doors open at 1:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.  ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect. From 89A go to the light and turn on Zalesky Rd into the RV park. Then turn left and go to the end of the gravel road to the ECO Community Center.
