DESCRIPTION:New Moon Gratitude Sound Bath & Meditation led by Sharon Wittmann. On the eve of Thanksgiving we will center into our Heart Chakra and focus on Gratitude as we connect to the energies of the New Moon! The new moon is a time of new beginnings\, when you can recharge goals\, or set new ones. We will begin with a guided meditation and then relax into a deep sound meditation as the healing frequencies of the gongs\, crystal bowls\, and Tibetan bowls bring the body\, mind\, and spirit back into harmony. The meditation will promptly start at 7:30pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited to 12 people. Please bring your own yoga mat\, blanket\, and pillow. Register now to secure your spot. $30 if purchased online. $35 at the door\, if space available.
