DESCRIPTION:New Moon Sound Bath led by Sharon Wittmann. The new moon is a time of new beginnings\, when you can recharge goals\, or set new ones. We will begin with a guided meditation and then relax into a deep sound meditation as the healing frequencies of the gongs\, crystal bowls\, and Tibetan bowls bring the body\, mind\, and spirit back into harmony. DESCRIPTION:Sound healing can help the body heal as well as support the body in maintaining good health. This workshop is an introduction into using the sound healing modality of tuning forks for self care and wellness. We will be using the Gaia Frequency Body Tuner forks created by Jonathan Goldman. We will learn acupuncture points on the body to place the tuning forks to help heal issues such as headache\, muscle aches\, insomnia\, and digestive issues. Points for grounding\, increased energy\, and support for the immune system will also be covered. Price for the class includes the tuning forks. Space is limited to 8 people.
