The Fundamentals of Elementals

The term “Elementals” refers to spirits that embody the particular essence of each of the four elements – Earth, Water, Air, and Fire. In ceremony, we will seek permission to enter the Elemental Kingdom. And then through Shamanic journeying we will ask to meet the Gnomes, keepers of the Earth; the Undines who preside over the Watery Realms; the Sylphs, Spirits of the Air Element; and the Salamanders, Manifestations of Fire. Undines Perhaps, we might even meet a Deva, an enchanted “Being of Light” who presides over the Elemental Kingdom!

Experience with shamanic journeying helpful, but not required. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, journal, and anything else you might need to be comfortable during your journeys.
