Sound Healing Studio

Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses sound and vibration to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. Human beings are energetic beings. Disease, stress, or injury interrupts the natural flow of our energy (Qi) resulting in pain, anxiety, fatigue, and generally feeling unwell. Using the vibrational energy of sound healing, blockages in our energy flow can be removed and the healthy flow of energy in the body is restored. Then the body can heal itself on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Studies have shown that sound healing can reduce stress, improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety, improve cognitive function and reduce physical pain. Sound healing can be done in a group setting such as a sound bath or gong meditation. It can also be done in an individual healing session using gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, or other sound healing instruments.

Cultures around the world have used various forms of sound healing since the dawn of civilization. In recent years there has been an increase in scientific research into its benefits and is becoming increasingly popular as people look for alternative ways to heal their bodies and minds.
