Gong & Crystal Bowl Meditation 4/13/22

Harmonic Healing with Gongs & Bowls led by Sharon Wittmann. We will begin with a guided breathing exercise and then relax into a deep meditation as the healing frequencies of the gongs and crystal bowls bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. The meditation begins at 7:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited to 12 people to allow for social distancing. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
