Autumn Equinox Sound Bath

Join us for a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more! A short guided meditation starts you on your journey and then the sounds and vibrations of the gongs and bowls lead you on your way to a relaxed state of wellbeing.

The Autumn Equinox is a time to restore balance in your life. Release whatever thoughts/habits/energies that are not supporting you in your life and make way to bring in energies to manifest the life that you want! Then set your intentions for bringing in those energies that support our new goals and aspirations.

The sound bath begins at 4:00pm. Doors open at 3:30pm. Please arrive by 3:45pm to get settled in. Doors will be locked at 4:00pm. Space is limited to 15 people. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Advanced ticket purchase required. $33 . We are located inside the ECO Community Center.
