Winter Solstice Ceremony & Sound Bath 12/21/25

The Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year and is a good time for introspection and reflection. In a burning bowl ceremony we will: reflect on what we are ready to release, write down what no longer serves us on flash paper, and then release these energies with fire in the burning bowl. Then we will set our intentions for the new year, bringing in those energies that support our new goals and aspirations. We will integrate theses new energies in a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sound healing instruments. The event begins at 4:00. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. You may bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort, or I have mats and blankets you can use. ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect. From 89A go to the light and turn on Zalesky Rd into the RV park. Then turn left and go to the end of the gravel road to the ECO Community Center.
