Full Moon Meditation 12/19/21

The full moon is a good time to release that which no longer serves you and embrace new things into your life. We will begin with a brief guided meditation and then relax into a deep meditation as the healing frequencies of the gongs and crystal bowls bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. The meditation begins at 7:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. All participants must wear a mask. Space is limited to 12 people.
