Full Moon Meditation 4/25/21

The full moon is a good time to release that which no longer serves you and embrace new things into your life. Go deep within during this 60 minute gong and bowl meditation, relaxing into health and well being. The meditation begins at 7:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited to 8 people to allow for social distancing. All participants must wear a mask. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
