Full Moon Sound Bath 10/5/25

The full moon is a good time to release that which no longer serves you and embrace new things into your life. We begin with a brief guided meditation and then relax as the healing frequencies of the gongs, crystal bowls, and Tibetan bowls bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. The sound bath begins at 4:00. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited to 15 people. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Advance ticket purchase required. $33. ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect. From 89A go to the light and turn on Zalesky Rd into the RV park. Then turn left and go to the end of the gravel road to the ECO Community Center.
