Gongs & Tibetan Bowl Class

This class is an introduction into the sound healing modality of gongs, Tibetan bowls, and other metal sound healing instruments. During this 4 hour interactive class you will learn: the different types of metal sound healing instruments and how to choose the right one(s) for you; how to use them for meditation; various playing techniques and mallet choices; and sound healing theory. You will have opportunities to play the gongs and Tibetan bowls and practice the techniques during the class. This class is perfect for individuals wanting to incorporate metal sound healing instruments into their personal life, as well as professionals who want to add them to meditation or yoga classes.
