Grounding Meditation

Regain balance in your life by grounding to Mother Earth. A guided meditation will connect you to the healing and nurturing energies of Mother Earth. And then a sound meditation with drum, gongs, crystal bowls, and Tibetan bowls continue your journey into a state of peace and wellbeing. The meditation begins at 7:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. All participants must wear a mask. Space is limited to 8 people to allow for social distancing.
