Heart Chakra Sound Bath. When we live through our Heart Chakra we approach life from a point of Unconditional Love. Instead of seeing the world in a state of duality, we see unity. In this sound bath we move our focus from our head to our heart and connect to Unconditional Love! You may bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort, or I have mats and blankets you can use. The sound bath begins at 4:00. Doors open at 3:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect. From 89A go to the light and turn on Zalesky Rd into the RV park. Then turn left and go to the end of the gravel road to the ECO Community Center.
