Inner Peace Sound Journey

Peace begins within. As we become centered in our Heart Chakra we can connect with the energetic field of Peace. We begin with a heart-focused breathing technique that helps the body shift from tension and anxiety to a state of peace and well-being. Then the soothing sounds of gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments provide a gentle and nurturing space to relax, de-stress, and rest in a field of Peace and Love. The sound bath begins at 4:00. Doors open at 3:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. You may bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort, or I have mats and blankets you can use.  ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect.
