New Moon Sound Bath 6/18/23

New Moon Sound Bath led by Sharon Wittmann. The new moon is a time of new beginnings, when you can recharge goals, or set new ones. We will begin with a guided meditation and then relax into a deep sound meditation as the healing frequencies of the gongs, crystal bowls, and Tibetan bowls bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. The meditation will promptly start at 7:30pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited to 12 people. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
