New Year’s Ceremony & Sound Bath 1/1/23

Begin the New Year with a burning bowl ceremony and sound bath! In the burning bowl ceremony we will: reflect on what we are ready to release, write down what no longer serves us on flash paper, and then release these energies with fire in the burning bowl. Then we will set our intentions for the new year, bringing in those energies that support our new goals and aspirations. A sound bath with gongs and bowls allows you to further explore your new intentions. The event begins at 7:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited.
