New Year’s Eve Sound Bath

Join us for a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more as we reflect on our lives at year’s end and prepare for the new year! A short guided meditation starts you on your journey and then the sounds and vibrations of the gongs and bowls lead you on your way to a relaxed state of wellbeing. The event begins at 2:00.
