Release & Re-Align Meditation & Sound Bath led by Sharon Wittmann. Stress, anxiety, old beliefs and thought patterns can all affect our physical and emotional wellbeing. In this meditation we will use breathing techniques, guided meditation, and sound to help us Release old ways that do not support us and Re-Align to our true Spiritual state of wellbeing.
