Release & Re-Align Sound Bath 3/15/26

Stress, anxiety, old beliefs and thought patterns can all affect our physical and emotional wellbeing. In this sound bath we will use breathing techniques, guided meditation, and sound to help us Release old ways that do not support us and Re-Align to our true Spiritual state of wellbeing. The sound bath will include gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and other sound healing instruments. You may bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort, or I have mats and blankets you can use. The sound bath begins at 4:00. Doors open at 3:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.  ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect. From 89A go to the light and turn on Zalesky Rd into the RV park. Then turn left and go to the end of the gravel road to the ECO Community Center.
