Sacred Sound Journey 4/30/23

Join us for a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more! A short guided meditation starts you on your journey and then the sounds and vibrations of the gongs and bowls lead you on your way to a relaxed state of wellbeing. The meditation begins at 7:30.
