Sacred Sound Journey 5/26/24

Join us for a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more! A short guided meditation starts you on your journey and then the sounds and vibrations of the gongs and bowls lead you on your way to a relaxed state of wellbeing. The sound bath begins at 7:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Register now to secure your spot. $30
