Summer Solstice Ceremony & Sound Bath 6/21/26

The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year. It is a good time to explore how we want to shine our Light in this world, releasing fear and limitations and embracing the power that is within. In a burning bowl ceremony we will be writing down what no longer serves us on flash paper and then release these energies into the fire. Then we will set our intentions for bringing in those energies that support our new goals and aspirations. A sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sound healing instruments will continue our journey to embody our new state of being. The event begins at 4:00. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. You may bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort, or I have mats and blankets you can use. ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect. From 89A go to the light and turn on Zalesky Rd into the RV park. Then turn left and go to the end of the gravel road to the ECO Community Center.
