Join us Wednesday nights in March as we briefly discuss each of the 4 Agreements and then dive deeper into their meaning for us with a guided meditation with gongs and crystals bowls. It is helpful, but not necessary, to read “The 4 Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz before attending the meditation.
On Wednesday March 3 we will focus on the first agreement – “Be Impeccable with Your Word.” The meditation begins at 7:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Space is limited to 8 people to allow for social distancing. All participants must wear a mask. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
