Winter Solstice Burning Bowl Ceremony & Sound Bath 12/21/22

The Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year and is a good time for introspection and reflection. In a burning bowl ceremony we will: reflect on what we are ready to release, write down what no longer serves us on flash paper, and then release these energies with fire in the burning bowl. Then we will set our intentions for the new year, bringing in those energies that support our new goals and aspirations.The event begins at 7:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in.
