Reclaiming Your Power

Throughout our lives we experience interactions with people where we either give our power to them or they take it from us. In this class we will explore situations where we lose our power to others. Then we will learn a Shamanic Journey practice where we reclaim and re-integrate that power back into ourselves. Finally, we will seal in that reclaimed power in a sound meditation and empower ourselves as we move forward.
