Sacred Sound Journey 9/28/25

Join us for a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more! A short guided meditation starts you on your journey and then the sounds and vibrations of the gongs and bowls lead you on your way to a relaxed state of wellbeing. The sound bath begins at 4:00. Doors open at 3:30. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Doors will lock at 4:00 and there will be no late admittance. Space is limited. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort. Advance ticket purchase required.
